niave, there will always be something under the sun, because consider this, the sun is in space, space is 3-d, your orientation in space depends on the point of origin you use to gain your bearings, in that case “under the sun” can include the infinete(theoretically) reaches of space, hence to “know” everything “under the sun” is an incompreble sum of knowledge, hence there will always be something new under the sun
